Pay plan

Once you have gathered just six active customers, you can start earning commission on your entire customer base.

Your commission is paid as a percentage of the customer's monthly spend. When a customer makes a phone call, switches on the kettle or turns on the cooker you can earn money - what could be simpler? And you can earn commission on all customers in your team FROM DAY ONE!

At this stage, we have have only explained the basics of the pay plan so as not to bombard you with information. The main concept to grasp at this point is how powerful the pay plan is when coupled with the range of great value Utility Warehouse products and services.

Part-time income gives daughter a full-time mum

Gail and Grahame Bannister With a background in IT sales, Gail Bannister was used to a great salary but lots of stress. Demanding targets meant that she was aware that she was only as good as last month's sales figures. Husband Grahame also has a demanding job - as a medical product manager - and explained, "As we continued life in the fast lane, we were becoming increasingly frustrated that Gail couldn't afford to give up work to have a baby and start the family we badly wanted. Something had to change, so in 2003 they started working part time with Telecom plus, fitting it around their existing work commitments. Then in 2005, daughter Téah was born. I went on maternity leave, explains Gail, and it was a great feeling when Grahame and I could decide that I didn't need to go back to work full time because of the additional income we were generating from our Telecom plus business."

Grahame adds, "It's great that Gail can carry on building our Telecom plus business while Téah is at nursery or playing with friends, because the business is so flexible. And Gail sums up, I can take Téah swimming or to the zoo whenever I want. The other mums I met at ante-natal classes have had to go back to work. But you don't get this time with your kids again, so it makes our Telecom plus business very valuable to us."
